Shipping policy


All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via SF Express. We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase.

Ship Windows

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the ship window specified on its respective product page, and all ship windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. 

Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.

Ship windows do not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Orders for Multiple Pieces With Different Ship Windows

If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different ship windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated ship window of all items in your order. 

If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at to make special shipping arrangements.  Additional shipping fees will apply.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any personal jewelry items due to hygienic concerns. All sales will be final and non-refundable, including sale items and gift cards. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
